We offer high quality martial art instruction in classes for children and adults. Our classes are disciplined but also they're enjoyable, and create the right atmosphere for those wanting to train hard and gain some real ability and skill.

Master Codner is the head and founder of our school and has been a leading exponent and practitioner of Tae Kwon Do since the introduction of the martial art to Great Britain in the early seventies. He was among a select few who promoted and popularised the art throughout the United Kingdom. He has a vast knowledge and understanding of the fighting arts along with a clear method for all our students to follow if they want to achieve their true potential.

The South Woodford club has been running now for over ten years under the instruction of Mr. J Gibbs, one of Master Codner's top instructors and is within easy travelling distance from Snaresbrook, Wanstead, Redbridge, Buckhurst Hill, Highams Park, Chingford, Waltham Forest, Gants Hill and Leytonstone.
